There are over 2,350 verses in God's word about money & possessions. They are His direction for our financial living. Here at NorthStar we have several opportunities for you to learn and apply these truths.
Crown Ministries
Crown Ministries has been used at NorthStar for over 10 years to help people rebuild their lives financially. The focus of this ministry is to walk you through what God has to say about money. There is a practical aspect to this class but the focus is on God's word. The class meets for 10 weeks in a host home. There is a charge of $45/single or $55/couple for the books. Financial Peace University
Financial Peace University (FPU) is a well known tool created by Dave Ramsey that helps people rebuild there lives financially. The focus of this ministry is to walk you through debt repayment and budget living. The study is based on Biblical fact but the focus is on practical application. This class meets for 13 weeks. There is a charge of $95/couple or single for all the tools. Classes will begin during the Fall and Winter semester each year. To register for FPU click HERE.
