Residency Program

The NorthStar Church Residency Program is a two-year leadership training program designed to give hands on experience working with one of the staff teams of the church, personal mentoring and leadership training to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of ministry significance.

Internship Program

NorthStar Internships are designed to give college students a look into what ministry in the church is like. If you feel called to full-time ministry or think you might want to see what full-time ministry is like, we have internships in multiple areas that would be right for you!

“Since January I have had the opportunity to serve as the social media and communications intern. I now have a new appreciation for the talents God has blessed me with, and how I can use them to serve the church better. I have grown up in and around ministry my whole life and I have never been loved on and invested in the way I have been here. The staff at Northstar and the people I work with are honestly the best part of this internship because they constantly invest in me in every aspect. I have been loved on, checked on, challenged, and pushed to be the best version of me I can. I will forever be grateful for this staff and their intentionality to invest in me every day.”
