As our July Big Give, NorthStar will provide school supplies and backpacks for foster families in Cobb County. Please bring supplies to NorthStar on July 17
We are also looking for 20-25 volunteers to help assemble “Back to School” kits and place them inside the backpacks. If you can help us from 12pm-1:30pm on Sunday, July 17 please sign up HERE.
The complete “School Kit” is as follows:
- Binders – 1 ½ inch +
- Pencils – Sets of 8-12
- Pens – Mix of Colors
- Erasers – Individual and Pencil Toppers
- Glue Stix – 4 – 6
- Crayons – 24 pack
- Colored Pencils – 12 pack
- Markers – 10 pack
- Notebook Paper – 150 Sheet minimum
- Folders – 4 – 5
- Spiral / Composition Book
- Miscellaneous Item (Highlighters, note cards, hand sanitizer, pencil box, etc.)
